On Laughter
Laughter brings people together.
Laughter is a good thing.
The occasional snort is in fact quite endearing, as Cez has rightly pointed out.
However, inability to laugh without snorting suggests problems of control...
Plan of action:
1) Note what intensity of laughter seems to be the minimum to cause snorting.
2) Pay close attention to the particular arrangement of the various aspects of mouth, nose and airway parts that occurs to cause a snort.
3) The next time the beginning of a snort-intensity laugh is detected, pay close attention to the positioning of the above apparatus. Ensure they do not enter the snort-inducing arrangement, and no snort should occur.
