Final day of freedom (ish) before the Lent term begins.
On one hand, woo! I've done a full term of my final year, with only a term of rotations and learning left to go.
On the other hand... holy shit. I'm expected to know all of this by the end of the term?!
Oy. It did hit me at some point today that I'll be a 25-year-old, qualified and employed vet* before the end of 2011, and I now feel old. However, I've found it hard to think of myself as an adult for the entirety of my time spent in school - I don't really expect that to change once I've graduated.

*I'm optimistic like that.

You get used to it when you realise that you're still one of the youngest around and we all still behave like children anyway - the only time you end up really feeling old is when you see actual teenagers. Kids turning 18 this year were born in nineteen-ninety-THREE.
THREE!!
