Is that like a cowboy builder? I wzs going ot suggest me too!
Cowboy as in turn up in a dirty van, cold call, charge what appears to be a reasonable rate, drink all your tea then bugger off having done half the work? I have images of a cow missing its back legs after a "Cowboy Vet" did cut price surgery on it...
