So, I forgot to mention it on the day itself - too busy handing a certain project in for binding - but this blog recently hit its second birthday and 250th post. :)

On an unrelated note, I've just heard In The Navy all the way through for the first time, and it includes spoken bits with a guy protesting he can't join because he's afraid of water. These are followed by the burly chorus singing "IN the NAY-VEEEEEEE!" ever more loudly... as a result, I have strange images of weedy asthmatic-looking men being backed into a corner and forced to recruit by a standard Village People costumed lineup.
Yes, Richard, I did mean "forced to recruit."
