Sorry about the lack of posts. In that time I've printed out and handed in my dissertation (I have a nice bound copy now), and... uh... had minor surgery.
I had a fairly suspicious mole on my leg which has now been removed for biopsy. The operation itself was fine once my leg was numb - as some kind of compensatory measure, though, the injection of local anaesthetic hurt like hell, and I'm almost sure that wasn't entirely due to my usual trouble with injections...
I'm mostly just resting up and trying not to overexercise my leg. At least I can deal with stairs again... :P
