After getting up at 6.30am to get my 7.16am bus, waiting around for the bus, and then checking the timetable to realise the buses run on a Sunday schedule on bank holidays, I went back home to wait until the first bus to Milton (10.50am!) would be stopping by. This bus got me there for about 11.20 or so.
Then Tom told me it'd been a slow day, so he'd already finished all the things that needed doing, and was planning on going home and just coming back up to feed them in the evening, so I could go home again.
Cue a 40-minute wait for the next available bus home... grrrnnnh.
