I just received a letter...

... and by "received" I mean "spotted in the pigeonhole next to mine and rescued".

So:

"Your recent thyroid blood test has shown an abnormality. It would be best to discuss this with you. You missed your appointment at the surgery this morning to discuss the results of your blood tests..."

And so on, plus the fact that it isn't urgent. I'd hope not, considering that the letter was dated the 23rd and I only found it today - if I hadn't spotted my name on the envelope I'd have been waiting until that person found it in their pigeonhole and moved it.

The bold emphasis above was added by me, since I was vaguely amused - I go to the doctor saying I can barely get out of bed in the afternoons, they test me for potential hypothyroidism, and still they're surprised when I sleep through an appointment for 9.30am...?

I went to the doctors and said...
I have real trouble sleeping some nights (like tonight)
They said; You should naturally catch up... but you're probably suffering from insomnia..
Then i said; ive been feeling very run down lately.. is there any advice you could give me?
