The Happycat impersonator has been waiting to welcome me home from the street side doorstep on a few occasions - mostly in a state of deep sleep, up until the moment of eagerly trying to work out a path through legs and shopping bags to get into the hallway.
I assumed that, since I saw him and immediately thought of an internet meme, I might just be spending too much time on the internet. The more mundane celebrikitty comparison would probably have been Tom of Tom & Jerry fame - surely most people would think of that first?
Well... judging by the debris currently on the doorstep in his usual spot, someone else obviously saw the same resemblance I did:
someone gave Happycat II a cheeseburger.
