This town... la lalalala ghost town...

I've never really figured out the words to that song.

Histon is almost empty - Andrew D has gone home, Cez has gone off to Wales for a few days but has already moved her stuff out of Histon, and James will be leaving tomorrow morning. As a result, Steve and I were in Histon for dinner tonight to help in the grand effort to get rid of at least some of the remaining contents of the kitchen cupboards and fridges. Well, you know how it is, anything for a good cause.

Still, I don't think I'll ever eat quite as much pasta in one go ever again... they were Ramsey-sized portions, which is both a very enjoyable and a very unhealthy thing (at least for someone my size) when the food is very good. Afterwards, James found a huge roll of bubble wrap, which Steve seemed to think it would be a good idea to batter each other about the head with. Just because I got tired first doesn't mean I lost...

Here's wishing everyone a good summer, and waving a fond farewell to Histon.

On to Whewell's!

I seem to be having trouble getting my weeks in order - I keep thinking that cut-off dates are a week earlier than they actually are. This has happened with the application date for PDN projects and the date for May Ball photos moving between showrooms. Meh, at least I'm being punctual for once.

In any case, I'm pretty sure that results come out tomorrow, so wish me luck.
